Cancellation & Payment Policy

Please review this policy carefully before completing your registration.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

All Sales Are Final

All registrations are final.
All deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once your registration is complete, no refunds will be issued for any reason except as outlined below.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your registration, no refund will be provided.

The only exception is if:

  • Your spot is successfully resold and
  • The event sells out in full

If both conditions are met, a refund will be issued after the event concludes, minus a USD $300 administrative fee.

Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable.
Participants may not transfer or sell their spot independently. Any resale must be approved and managed by the organizers.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan:

  • All scheduled payments must be completed in full by May 22, 2026
  • Failure to complete payment by this date constitutes default

In the event of default:

  • Your registration will be canceled
  • Your spot may be released for resale
  • No refund will be issued for any payments already made

Code of Conduct

The organizers reserve the right to refuse service, deny admission, or remove any participant whose behavior, communication, or conduct before or during the event is determined, at the organizers’ discretion, to be disruptive, inappropriate, or likely to negatively impact the experience or safety of others.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued

Agreement

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and payment policy in full.
