Program Schedule & Cancellation Policy
(Trauma Bond Recovery + Rise & Rebuild Group Coaching)
By enrolling in Trauma Bond Recovery or Rise & Rebuild, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1) Program Format and Scheduling
These are live, cohort-based group coaching programs. Cohorts require coordinated scheduling and a minimum number of 5 participants to run as planned.
2) Schedule Changes
Start dates, session dates, and/or session times may be adjusted due to:
- enrollment levels
- facilitator availability
- operational needs
Reasonable scheduling changes do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
3) Access if Scheduling Changes Occur
If scheduling adjustments happen, you will still receive access to the full program experience, including:
- session recordings
- program materials
- curriculum content
The educational value of the program remains intact.
4) Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a completion-based money-back guarantee.
To qualify, you must:
- complete the full program
- attend or review all sessions
- complete all required worksheets
- demonstrate full participation
If, after completing the entire program, you believe it did not provide value, you may request a refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
Refund requests made prior to completion are not eligible.
Requests based solely on scheduling changes are not eligible.
5) No Chargebacks
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered under this policy, including scheduling changes. Disputes submitted in violation of this agreement may be challenged using this policy as documentation.
